特徴

• CD19 is a 95 kD type I transmembrane glycoprotein also known as B4.
• It is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily expressed on B-cells (from pro-B to blastoid B cells, absent on plasma cells) and follicular dendritic cells.
• CD19 is involved in B cell development, activation, and differentiation.
• CD19 forms a complex with CD21 (CR2) and CD81 (TAPA-1), and functions as a BCR co-receptor.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Flow Cytometry (Immunofluorescent staining): ≤1ug labels 10e6 cells or 100ul peripheral blood cells
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4℃ if to be used immediately within two weeks.
• For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20℃.
• Aliquots are stable at -20℃ for 12 months after receipt.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
