CD10 is a 100 kD neutral endopeptidase and a member of the metalloprotease family.
It is a type II transmembrane protein also known as common acute lymphoblastic leukemia antigen (CALLA), enkephalinase, and neprilysin.
CD10 is expressed on B cell precursors, T cell precursors, and neutrophils.
CD10 is involved in B cell development and has been shown to bind opioid enkephalins, bradykinin, angiotensins I and II, and other biologically active peptides.
Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Store product at 4℃ in the dark.
DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4℃ for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid.
Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
