特徴

• CLIP (class II-associated invariant chain peptide) is an important peptide inthe MHC-II antigen processing pathway, formed by the enzymatic cleavageof amino acids 81-104 from the invariant chain.
• During MHC-II synthesis inthe ER and transport to endocytic vesicles, the antigen binding site ofMHC-II is obstructed by the presence of the invariant chain.
• As the MHC-IIcomplex moves through the Golgi, the invariant chain is degraded, leavingthe CLIP fragment in the MHC-II peptide binding groove.
• CLIP is eventuallydisplaced by the loading of antigenic peptides, followed by presentation onthe APC cell surface to CD4+ T-cells.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Flow Cytometry: 1:200Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4℃ for short-term only.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20℃.
• Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
