仕様
Size:100ug
抗体種類:Mab
宿主:mouse
Grade:Affinity Purified
Purity:Purified by Protein A affinity chromatography from tissue culture supernatant.
Form:Supplied as a liquid in PBS, 1% BSA, 0.09% sodium azide. Labeled with Fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC).
Specificity:Recognizes the V5 epitope tag. Detects recombinant proteins tagged with the epitope, some of which include transmembrane and secreted proteins. Usually, a 14aa tag is added to the recombinant proteins, although a smaller epitope of 9aa (that as a peptide inhibit the binding of the monoclonal antibody to its native protein) has also been successfully used. The 14 amino acid epitope is; gly lys pro ile pro asn pro leu leu gly leu asp ser thr.
