特徴

• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Neutralization.
• Other applications have not been tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:ELISA (Sandwich): 5-6ug/ml (100ul/well) detects at least 1000pg/ml of recombinant human BAFF when used with B0003-64S as the detection antibody at a concentration of ~0.25-0.5ug/ml
• Western Blot: 0.25-0.5ug/ml detects ~0.3-0.4ug/ml of recombinant human BAFF under reducing and non-reducing conditions
• Neutralization: 0.3-0.4ug/ml needed to yield one-half of the maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity of human BAFF (250ng/ml)
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4℃ for short-term only.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20℃.
• Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
