Human vascular cell adhesion molecule (VCAM-1, 110kDa) whose ligand is VLA4 (CD49d/CD29, alpha 4/beta 1 integrin subunits) is distributed across non leukocyte and leukocyte cells e.g.
neural crest and fibroblasts, B cells, T cells, monocytes and large granular lymphocytes.
Applications:Suitable for use in Functional Blocking.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4℃ for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20℃.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
