Erythropoietin (EPO) a glycoprotein produced primarily by the kidney, is the principal factor that regulates erythropoiesis by stimulating the proliferation and differentiation of erythroid progenitor cells.
Applications:Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoaffinity Purification.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 1ug/mlImmunoaffinity Purification: can be used with optimal binding of human EPO at pH 7-9 (1-3)

Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4℃ for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20℃.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
