特徴
- Transforming Growth Factor beta1 （TGFbeta1） is a cytokine present in regulatory T-cells, immature dendritic cells,megakaryocytes, and platelets, with a functional involvement in regulating T-cells. TGFbeta1 is overexpressed in thyroid cancer and cervical squamous cell carcinoma. Poor prognosis of cervical squamous cell carcinoma is associated with TGFbeta1.
