特徴
- Lymphocyte activation gene 3 （LAG3） inhibits antigen activated T-cells upon binding to ligands. Following TCR engagement, LAG3 associates with CD3-TCR in the immunological synapse and directly inhibits T-cell activation. IHC testing of LAG3 can be used as Prognostic marker in renal cancer （unfavorable） and cervical cancer （favorable）.
