特徴
- CD117 or Proto-oncogene c-Kit （c-Kit） is a member of the Tyrosine Kinase Receptor （TKR） family, and is an important cell surface marker found on hematopoietic stem cells, melanocytes, mast cells, Cajal cells, germ cells, basal cells of skin, and mammary ductal epithelia. It is considered an important marker in the diagnosis and classification of Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumours （GISTs）, mast cell diseases, Acute Myeloid Leukemia （AML）, Small Cell Lung Carcinoma （SCLC）, and Ewing＆#39;s sarcoma.
