• Subunit HLA-DRA1*01:01 is fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus and subunit HLA-DRB1*04:01 is fused with an Avi tag (Avitag) at the C-terminus.
• The protein migrates as 38-40 kDa and 31-32 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
