83-3841-23 Human CD209 / DC-SIGN Protein, His Tag 100ug CD9-H5246-100ug
特徴
- 背景
- CD209 is also known as CLEC4L, DC-SIGN and CD209 antigen.
- Pathogen-recognition receptor expressed on the surface of immature dendritic cells (DCs) and involved in initiation of primary immune response.
- On DCs it is a high affinity receptor for ICAM2 and ICAM3 by binding to mannose-like carbohydrates.
- May act as a DC rolling receptor that mediates transendothelial migration of DC presursors from blood to tissues by binding endothelial ICAM2.
- Seems to regulate DC-induced T-cell proliferation by binding to ICAM3 on T-cells in the immunological synapse formed between DC and T-cells.
- 特徴
- This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus.
- The protein has a calculated MW of 41.3 kDa.
- The protein migrates as 40-50 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
