The TCF3-ZNF384 Dual Fusion/Translocation FISH Probe Kit is designed to detect rearrangements involving the human TCF3 and ZNF384 genes located on chromosome bands 19p13.3 and 12p13.31, respectively.
Rearrangements between the two genes, the TCF3 gene – also known as E2A, E47, p75, AGM8, ITF1, VDIR, AGM8A, AGM8B, TCF-3 or bHLHb21 – and the ZNF384 gene – also known as NP, CIZ, NMP4, CAGH1, ERDA2, TNRC1 or CAGH1A – have been observed in B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemias (B-ALL) and other tumor types.
