The TCF3-HLF Dual Fusion/Translocation FISH Probe Kit is designed to detect rearrangements involving the human TCF3 and HLF genes located on chromosome bands 19p13.3 and 17q22, respectively.
Rearrangements between the two genes, the TCF3 gene – also known as E2A, E47, p75, AGM8, ITF1, VDIR, AGM8A, AGM8B, TCF-3 or bHLHb21 – and the HLF gene, have been observed in B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemias （B-ALL） and other tumor types.
