The EML4-NTRK3 Dual Fusion/Translocation FISH Probe Kit is designed to detect rearrangements involving the human EML4 and NTRK3 genes, located on chromosome bands 2p21 and 15q25.3.
Fusion between the two genes (EML4 – also known as C2orf2, ELP120, EMAP-4, EMAPL4 or ROPP120 – and NTRK3 – also known as TRKC, GP145-TrkC or gp145(trkC)) are found in lung adenocarcinoma, cervical sarcoma, colon adenocarcinoma, bladder urothelial carcinoma, breast invasive ductal carcinoma, colorectal neuroendocrine carcinoma and other malignancies.
