Abnormal expression or rearrangements of the SOX5 gene – also known as L-SOX5, LAMSHF, L-SOX5B, or L-SOX5F – have been observed in follicular lymphoma, prostate cancer, Lamb-Shaffer Syndrome and other malignancies.
