The FLI1/CCP11 FISH Probe Kit is designed to detect the human FLI1 gene located on chromosome band 11q24,3 along with the number of CCP11 copies per cell.
Mutations of this gene – also known as EWSR2, FLI-1, SIC-1 or BDPLT21 – occur in cancers such as Ewing sarcoma, colorectal, intestinal, parathyroid, skin, lung, acute lymphoblastic leukemia, and other malignancies.
