CD274 is also known as B7-H, B7H1, PDL1, PD-L1, PDCD1L1 or PDCD1LG1.
PDCD1LG2 is also known as B7DC, Btdc, PDL2, CD273, PD-L2, PDCD1L2 or bA574F11.2.
Abnormal expression or rearrangements of both genes has been observed in various hematological and other malignancies.
