• The JAZF1-SUZ12 Dual Fusion/Translocation FISH Probe Kit is designed to detect rearrangements involving the human JAZF1 and SUZ12 genes, located on chromosome bands 7p15.2 and 17q11.2, respectively.
• JAZF1 is also known as TIP27 or ZNF802, and SUZ12 is also known as CHET9, IMMAS or JJAZ1.
• Rearrangements involving portions of these two genes have been observed in endometrial stromal tumors and other neoplasias.
