The CSNK1D/CCP17 FISH Probe Kit is designed to detect the human CSNK1D gene located on chromosome band 17q25.3, along with the number of chromosome 17 copies per cell.
Abnormalities in CSNK1D – also known as ASPS, CKId, HCKID, FASPS2, CKIdelta or CKI-delta – have been observed in cancers including hepatocellular, bladder, breast, colorectal and other malignancies.
