Abnormalities in KDM5A – also known as RBP2, RBBP2 or RBBP-2 – have been observed in colon adenocarcinoma, lung adenocarcinoma, breast invasive ductal carcinoma, endometrial endometrioid adenocarcinoma, melanoma and other malignancies.
