The TCTE3/CCP6 FISH Probe Kit is designed to detect the human TCTE3 gene located on chromosome band 6q27, along with the number of chromosome 6 copies per cell.
The gene – also known as DYNLT2, TCTEX2, Tctex4 or TCTEX1D3 – is predicted to enable dynein intermediate chain binding activity, to be involved in microtubule-based movement, to be located in cytosol and sperm flagellum, to be extrinsic component of membrane, to be part of cytoplasmic dynein complex and to be active in cytoplasm.
