The CIC-DUX4 Fusion/Translocation FISH Probe Kit is designed to detect rearrangements involving the human CIC and DUX4 gene located on chromosome bands 19q13.2 and 4q35.2, respectively.
Fusions of the CIC gene – also known as MRD45 – with the DUX4 gene – also known as DUX4L – have been observed in Ewing-like sarcomas, oligodendroglioma and other cancers.
