The S100A10/CCP1 FISH Probe Kit is designed to detect the human S100A10 gene located on chromosome band 1q21.3, along with the number of chromosome 1 copies per cell.
The S100A10 gene – also called 42C, P11, p10, GP11, ANX2L, CAL1L, CLP11, Ca[1] or ANX2LG – has been shown to be over-expressed in thyroid, gastric and renal cancers and some lymphomas.
It may also play a role in inherited depressive disorders.
