The NAB2-STAT6 Fusion/Translocation FISH Probe Kit is designed to detect rearrangements involving the human NAB2 and STAT6 genes located on the same chromosome band 12q13.3.
Rearrangements involving portions of these two genes, the NAB2 gene – also known as MADER – and the STAT6 gene – also called STAT6C, STAT6B, IL-4-STAT or D12S1644, have been observed in soft tissue tumors and other solid tumor types.
