The CHD5/S100A10 FISH Probe Kit is designed to detect rearrangements involving the human CHD5 and S100A10 genes located on chromosome bands 1p36.31 and 1q21.3, respectively.
Abnormalities in CHD5 – also known as CHD-5 – and in S100A10 – also called 42C, P11, p10, GP11, ANX2L, CAL1L, CLP11, Ca[1] or ANX2LG – have been observed in neuroblastoma and gliomas, melanoma, and numerous other solid tumor types.
