The BCL2L1/CCP20 FISH Probe Kit is designed to detect the human BCL2L1 gene located on chromosome band 20q11.21, along with the number of chromosome 20 copies per cell.
Abnormal expression of the BCL2L1 gene – also known as bcl-xS, bcl-xL, PPP1R52, Bcl-X, BCLXS, BCLXL, BCLX, BCL2L or BCL-XL/S – has been observed in acute lymphoblastic leukemia （ALL）, chronic lymphocytic leukemia （CLL）, follicular lymphomas, non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and various types of solid tumors such as breast, lung, bladder, cervix, prostate, glioblastoma and others.
