The WT1-EWSR1 Fusion/Translocation FISH Probe Kit is designed to detect rearrangements involving the human WT1 and EWSR1 genes located on chromosome bands 11p13 and 22q12.2, respectively.
Rearrangements between the two genes, the WT1 gene – also known as GUD, AWT1, WAGR, WT33, NPHS4, WIT-2 or EWS-WT1 – and the EWSR1 gene – also called EWS or bK984G1.4, have been found in desmoplastic small round cell tumor （DSRCT） and other tumor types and conditions.
