The PAX7-FOXO1 Fusion/Translocation FISH Probe Kit is designed to detect rearrangements involving the human PAX7 and FOXO1 genes located on chromosome bands 1p36.13 and 13q14.11, respectively.
Rearrangements between the two genes, the PAX7 gene – also known as HUP1, RMS2 or PAX7B – and the FOXO1 gene – also called FKH1, FKHR or FOXO1A, have been observed in alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma （ARMS） and other tumor types and conditions.
