The PAX3-FOXO1 Fusion/Translocation FISH Probe Kit is designed to detect rearrangements involving the human PAX3 and FOXO1 genes located on chromosome bands 2q36.1 and 13q14.11, respectively.
Rearrangements between the two genes, the PAX3 gene – also known as WS1, WS3, CDHS or HUP2 – and the FOXO1 gene – also called FKH1, FKHR or FOXO1A, have been observed in alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma （ARMS） and other tumor types and conditions.
