It is designed to trigger rapid internalization of this complex into cancer cells to degrade the MET receptor and block its ability to support cell proliferation.
Preclinical models examining immune-deficient mice have shown that ubamatamab combined with human immune cells led to dose-dependent antitumor activity against intraperitoneal MUC16-expressing ovarian tumor cells and malignant ascites.
