• Description：Immunoassay for quantitative estimation of Chrysalin （TP508） in human serum, plasma and tissue extracts.
• Chrysalin （Rusalatide Acetate, Thrombin Receptor Activating Peptide; TP 508; TRAP-5080 was initially developed to accelerate healing of dermal and musculoskeletal injuries.
• It proved to be especially effective in promoting healing of diabetic foot ulcers in early human clinical trials and is under development as a treatment
• for mass casualty injuries and burns.
• Novel regenerative peptide TP508 also mitigates radiation-induced gastrointestinal damage by activating stem cells and preserving crypt integrity.It is a twenty-three-amino-acid peptide that represents a portion of the receptor-binding domain of the native human thrombin molecule that has been identified as the binding site for a specific class of receptors on fibroblasts and other cells.

• The Chrysalin ELISA is a competitive immunoassay for the determination of Chrysalin.
• The antiserum is captured by antibodies coated on a 96-well plate.
• A constant concentration of Biotin Concentrate and varying concentrations of unlabeled standard or sample compete for binding specifically to the antiserum.
• Captured Bt-tracer is subsequently bound by SA-HRP （streptavidin-conjugated horseradish peroxidase）, which produces a soluble colored product after a substrate is added.
• The enzyme reaction is stopped by dispensing an acidic solution （H2SO4） into the wells after 10 min at room temperature turning the solution from blue to yellow.
• The optical density （OD） of the solution at 450 nm is inversely proportional to the amount of specific Chrysalin bound.
