特徴

• This product is prepared by labeling highly cross-adsorbed goat anti-mouse IgG （H+L） with CF647 dye.
• CF dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes.
• Far-red fluorescent CF647 dye has excitation/emission at 650/665 nm.
• To minimize crossreactivity, the antibody has been adsorbed against bovine, chicken, goat, guinea pig, hamster, horse, human, rabbit, rat and sheep serum.
• Single label antibodies have an average of one dye molecule per antibody molecule, which is reported to be optimal for super-resolution imaging by STORM.
