特徴

• Polyclonal rabbit anti-V5 tag （GKPIPNPLLGLDST） is designed to detect V5 tagged fusion proteins.
• The V5 epitope tag is derived from a small epitope （Pk） present on the P and V proteins of the paramyxovirus of simian virus 5 （SV5）.
• The antibody recognizes the epitope tag fused to either the amino- or carboxy- termini of targeted proteins.
• This product is prepared by labeling high quality polyclonal rabbit anti-V5 antibody with CF640R dye.
• CF dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes.
• Far-red fluorescent CF640R dye has excitation/emission at 642/662 nm.
