This product is prepared by labeling highly cross-adsorbed donkey anti-rat IgG （H+L） with CF405S dye.
CF dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes.
Blue fluorescent CF405S dye has excitation/emission at 404/431 nm.
Note： Conjugates of blue fluorescent dyes like CF350, CF405S, and CF405M are not recommended for detecting low abundance targets, because blue dyes have lower fluorescence and can give higher non-specific background than other dye colors.
To minimize cross-reactivity, the antibody has been adsorbed against bovine, chicken, goat, guinea pig, Syrian hamster, horse, human, mouse, rabbit, and sheep serum proteins.
