特徴
- This product is prepared by labeling highly cross-adsorbed donkey anti-goat IgG （H+L） with CF405M dye.
- CF dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes.
- Blue fluorescent CF405M dye has excitation/emission at 408/452 nm.
- Note： Conjugates of blue fluorescent dyes like CF350, CF405S, and CF405M are not recommended for detecting low abundance targets, because blue dyes have lower fluorescence and can give higher non-specific background than other dye colors.
- To minimize cross-reactivity, the antibody has been adsorbed against chicken, guinea pig, Syrian hamster, horse, human, mouse, rabbit, and rat serum.
