特徴
- Goat anti-mouse IgG2a isotype-specific secondary antibody labeled with CF680 dye.
- CF dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes.
- Far-red/near-IR fluorescent CF680 dye has excitation/emission at 681/698 nm.
- The conjugate is prepared from affinity-purified antibodies that react with Fc portion of the heavy chain of mouse IgG2a.
- To minimize cross reactivity, the antibodies are cross-adsorbed against other mouse IgG subclasses （IgG1, IgG2b, IgG3）, and human, bovine and rabbit serum proteins.
