特徴

• 背景：Siglec-6 is a sialic acid binding Ig-like lectin and I-type （Ig-type） lectin that belong to the Ig superfamily. This protein mediates sialic-acid binding to cells. This protein localizes in multiple compartments such as extracellular region and membrane function. This protein expression has been specualted to help slow the tempo of labor during childbirth. On the otherhand this protein expression upregulates pre-eclampsia.
