- 背景：Myeloblastin, also known as Human Proteinase 3 is a member of the peptidase S1 family. This protein is expressed by both monocytes and neutrophils, the neutrophils secretes, isolates in azurophilic granules, or expresses Myeloblastin on the cell's surface. When the Myeloblastin is secreted, it activates the kinin pathway and when isolated it aids in digestion of phagocytosed material.
