特徴

• 背景：Mouse IL-11 is a pleiotropic cytokine that is a part of the IL-6 family and is secreted by osteoblasts, synoviocytes, fibroblasts, chondrocytes, intestinal myofibroblasts, trophoblasts, and other cell types. This cytokine is found in the plasma when inflammation occurs. The types of inflammation can be due to viral infection, cancer, or inflammatory arthritis however, Mouse IL-11 is primarily anti-inflammatory. Mouse IL-11 stimulates hematopoiesis and thrombopoiesis and regulates macrophage differentiation. When synergizing with other cytokines Mouse IL-11 can promote B cell IgG production, protect endothelial cells from oxidative stress, and regulate apoptosis.
