特徴

• 背景：CLM-9, also known as TREM4, is a single-pass type I membrane protein that is a member of the CD300 family. CLM-9 has one Ig-like V-type domain which facilitates its binding to lymphocyte. CLM-9 is highly expressed in heart, skeletal muscle and placenta. CLM-9 acts as a receptor to mediate L-selectin-dependent lymphocyte rollings. CLM-9 also binds SELL in a calcium-dependent manner and lymphocyte. CLM-9 is found to play an important role in molecular traffic across the capillary endothelium.
