• 背景：TINAGL1 is a glycoprotein member of the peptidase C1 family of molecules. It is a secreted protein and contains an SMB （somatomedin-B） domain. TINAGL1 is expressed in aorta, lymph nodes, heart, bone marrow, placenta, lung, kidney, skeletal muscle, pancreas, thyroid, and adrenal gland. Tinagl1 was identified as a key factor for improved prognoses in certain triple-negative breast cancer （TNBC） patients in recent studies.
