特徴

• 背景：6-phospho-beta-glucosidase （BglA） is a member of the glycosyl hydrolase 1 family. BglA is constitutively expressed in E.coli. It can form a homotetramer and catalyzes the hydrolysis of phosphorylated beta-glucosides into glucose-6-phosphate （G-6-P） and aglycone. BglA has a high affinity for phosphorylated aromatic beta-glucosides （p-nitrophenyl-beta-glucoside, phenyl beta-glucoside, arbutin.） Whereas it has a low affinity for phosphorylated salicin and phosphorylated beta-methyl-glucoside.
