特徴

• These 10μl Ultrafine, Micro tips from Alpha Laboratories are packaged in the eco-friendly Fastrak® Refill System. The tips are 32mm in length, graduated at 2μl and 10μl, and have been manufactured from medical grade polypropylene. Each tip is designed with a chamfered top entry that enables easier tip loading with a variety of popular brand pipettes. The ultrafine tip point is non-bevelled, ensuring precise dispensing of even the tiniest amount of sample.
• Every lot of Fastrak® refills is tested and certified RNase, DNase, DNA and endotoxin/pyrogen free. Where product is marked sterile, sterilisation is by Gamma irradiation. The sterilisation process follows the ISO 11137 procedures for sterility. The tips can also be autoclaved 122C for 20 minutes at 15psi.
• The Fastrak® refill system uses a thin refill platform made from 80％ less material than competing systems. The unique transfer top is designed to prevent wobbling during refilling thus ensuring a contamination free transfer as there is no need to touch the tips or the platform. The Fastrak® packaging is made from 95％ renewable materials which include a compostable base made from a non-petroleum resin. The packaging is produced using vegetable-based printing inks. Compact, recloseable and easy to store; the Fastrak® refill system helps you to maximise storage space in the laboratory. With a simple（1）Lift,（2）Place, and（3）Snap, you can quickly refill your pipette tip racks.
• The Fastrak® 10μl Ultrafine, Micro Tips are supplied in a 13 x 96 refill tower. They are compatible with most popular brand pipette tip racks but the user should always check their racks for compatibility. Alpha Laboratories also supply the FR9200 and FR9500 Pipette Tip racks for use with the Fastrak® refill system.
• Alpha Laboratories社の10μlウルトラファイン・マイクロチップは、環境に配慮したFastrak®リフィルシステムで提供されます。チップの長さは32mmで、2μlおよび10μlの位置に目盛りが付いており、医療グレードのポリプロピレン製です。上部の開口部は面取り（チャンファー）加工が施されており、主要ブランドの様々なピペットへの装着が容易です。チップ先端はベベル（斜めカット）のない形状で、微量サンプルの正確な分注が可能です。
• Fastrak®リフィルは全ロットにおいて、RNase、DNase、DNA、およびエンドトキシン／パイロジェンが検出されないことが試験・証明されています。滅菌済み製品については、ガンマ線照射による滅菌処理が行われています。滅菌プロセスはISO 11137規格に準拠しています。また、122℃・15psiで20分間のオートクレーブ処理も可能です。
• Fastrak®リフィルシステムは、従来製品と比較して使用材料を80％削減した薄型リフィルプラットフォームを採用しています。独自のトランスファートップは、リフィル時のぐらつきを防ぐよう設計されており、チップやプラットフォームに直接触れる必要がないため、コンタミネーション（汚染）のない移し替えが可能です。Fastrak®のパッケージは95％が再生可能素材で構成されており、非石油系樹脂製の堆肥化可能なベースなどが含まれます。パッケージの印刷には植物由来のインクが使用されています。コンパクトで再封可能、かつ保管も容易なFastrak®リフィルシステムは、研究室の保管スペースを有効活用するのに役立ちます。「（1）持ち上げ、（2）置き、（3）はめ込む」という簡単な3ステップで、ピペットチップラックへの補充を素早く行えます。
• Fastrak® 10μlウルトラファイン・マイクロチップは、13×96本構成のリフィルタワーで提供されます。主要ブランドのピペットチップラックの多くと互換性がありますが、ご使用のラックとの適合性は必ず事前にご確認ください。Alpha Laboratories社では、Fastrak®リフィルシステムに対応したピペットチップラック「FR9200」および「FR9500」も提供しています。
