特徴

• DURAN® GLS 80® wide mouth bottles have become the gold standard of multi-functional laboratory bottles since their introduction in 1972. The protect+ safety-coated version combines the best of both worlds：virtually inert USP/EP Type I borosilicate glass 3.3 on the inside and a protective safety plastic layer on the outside. DURAN® is a neutral glass, classified as a Glass Type I according to USP ＜660＞, EP（3.2.1）and JP ＜7.01＞, and meets ASTM E438, Type I, Class A requirements.
• The bottles are moulded from high-purity, clear glass or externally ambered clear glass, and then coated with a translucent polyamide PA 12 safety coating.
• The external polymer coating helps reduce the hazards of broken glass and liquid splashes in the event of breakage, and provides scratch protection as well as leak and splinter* protection（*only applies to bottles 2000 ml and less）.
• The Polyamide 12 safety coating has a high chemical resistance, and the protective plastic coating provides an enhanced and safer grip without any stickyness.
• Coating is Cleanroom certified Fraunhofer IPA TESTED DEVICE®
• A combination of high-performance materials and robust design provides a cost-effective usable life.
• The bottles feature an easy-to-read graduated volume scale
• A Retrace Code / lot number is printed on each bottle for manufacturing lot traceability, with certificate download at https://cert.dwk.com/.
• Suitable for safe storage and shipping of bulk, high-potency active pharmaceutical ingredients（HPAPIs）powders.
• All protect+ coated bottles are supplied as safety coated glass bottle only with push-on protective covers（HDPE）to protect the inside of the bottles from contamination during distribution.
• Matching screw closures and pouring rings can be ordered separately.
• Available in a wide range of nominal bottle capacities from 25 mL to 5 litres, and neck sizes GL 25 to GLS 80® wide mouth.
