• LG-6890 Impinger, Midget, Graduated
• Calibrated in 5mL subdivisions. Used to collect samples of pollutants in air. Particularly suitable for determinations of sulfur dioxide by the West and Gaeke method and of oxidants, including ozone, by the alkaline potassium iodide method. For details of the methods see "Selected Methods for the Measurement of Air Pollutants," U.S. Public Health Service Publication No. 999-AP-1 1(May 1965). The orifice at the bottom of the bubbler tube is 1mm. It passes 0.09-0.11 CFM of air at a vacuum of 12″ H2O. Adaptable to any air sample running steadily at 0.1 CFM.
