特徴

• The Mini solvent pump dispenses and fills solvents and highly flammable liquids in small quantities precisely and safely. The high-quality hand pump is suitable for small containers such as bottles, canisters and containers up to approx. 10 liters.
• The hand pump works according to the overpressure principle. With the help of the pump ball, an overpressure is generated in the container, which pushes the liquid outwards. As a result, only the hose, pump head and outlet come into contact with the liquid to be filled. This ensures optimum chemical resistance. All wetted parts of this hand pump are made of the high-quality and inert materials PTFE and stainless steel, which are characterized by excellent chemical resistance. The Mini solvent pump is therefore particularly suitable for use with high-purity liquids and highly flammable media such as acetone, isopropanol, ethanol, methanol, etc.
• For safety, a pressure relief valve protects the solvent pump from excessive pressure build-up, e.g. due to solar radiation.
• The solvent pump can be used to fill from different container sizes. The flexible PTFE hose, which pumps the liquid out of the container, can be shortened as required. This enables optimum residual emptying, even from bottles and canisters with a curved base. The hand pump has a standard GL 45 connection thread, but can easily be adapted to containers with thread sizes S 40, GL 38 or GL 32 using thread adapters （accessories）.
• The self-closing outlet （auto-stop function） of the Mini solvent pump enables absolutely precise filling without dripping. Thanks to the simple dosing, even the smallest containers, e.g. test tubes, can be filled without any problems. A hose （inner Φ 6 mm） can be attached to the outlet nozzle as an option, so that containers further away can also be filled safely.
• For filling in potentially explosive atmospheres, the supplied earthing cable can be easily connected to the solvent pump using a bundle plug, electrostatic charges are dissipated and flammable media can be filled safely.

• 安全のため、たとえば日光による温度上昇などで容器内の圧力が過度に高まった場合でも、圧力開放弁が溶媒ポンプを保護します。
• この溶媒ポンプは、さまざまなサイズの容器からの移送に使用できます。容器内の液体を吸い上げる柔軟なPTFEホースは、必要に応じて長さを調整できます。これにより、底面が湾曲したボトルやカニスターでも、液残りをできるだけ少なくできます。この手動ポンプは標準でGL45ネジ接続を備えていますが、スレッドアダプター（アクセサリー）を使用すれば、S40、GL38、GL32のネジ口を持つ容器にも簡単に対応できます。
• Mini溶媒ポンプの自動閉止式吐出口（オートストップ機能）により、液だれのない高精度な注入が可能です。量の調整が簡単なため、たとえば試験管のようなごく小さな容器にも問題なく注入できます。必要に応じて、吐出ノズルにはホース（内径6mm）を取り付けることができ、少し離れた場所にある容器にも安全に注入できます。
• 爆発性雰囲気の可能性がある環境で使用する場合は、付属のアースケーブルをバンドルプラグで溶媒ポンプに簡単に接続でき、静電気を逃がして高引火性液体を安全に注入できます。
